MAINLAND OFFICES is a multi tenant office located at the foot of the Erasmus Bridge in the Rotterdam city triangle. Thanks to the renewal of the air-conditioning installations, the building has recently been made sustainable to an energy A label. The building consists of six floors with a total surface area of approx. 12,000 m². Because of the large floor areas, they are efficient and very flexibel to be arranged according to your wishes. Partial hire is possible from approx. 255 m².
The exterior of the building is completely repainted in 2017. The entrances, sanitary facilities and office floors have also been completely renovated.
